2.1 Eligibility Requirements

Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. 2.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one active 5gbd account only. The opening of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 5gbd will close all duplicate accounts, may close the original account, and will forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with any or all of the identified accounts.

You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. 4.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 5gbd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a verified closure request, 5gbd will process the closure within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification and provided that no outstanding disputes, chargebacks, or investigations are pending. 8.2 Closure for Responsible Gaming

If an investigation confirms a material breach, 5gbd reserves the right to forfeit the balance in full. Where no breach is confirmed following investigation, any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

8.5 Reactivation
