2.2 Registration Process
To open an account with 5gbd, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full, providing a valid mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. You must not use a false identity, a pseudonym, or another person's personal details at any stage of the registration process. 5gbd reserves the right to require identity verification documents — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driving licence — at registration or at any subsequent point.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. You must notify 5gbd immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
2.4 One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold one active 5gbd account only. The opening of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 5gbd will close all duplicate accounts, may close the original account, and will forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with any or all of the identified accounts.
2.5 Accurate Information
You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Any change to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method must be reported to the 5gbd support team promptly. 5gbd accepts no liability for failed communications or payment processing errors arising from outdated account information.

Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.6 Seasonal Promotions
5gbd offers seasonal promotional campaigns aligned with events including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. The terms of each seasonal promotion are published separately and are supplementary to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between a seasonal promotion's terms and these general bonus terms, the seasonal promotion's terms shall prevail for that specific promotion only.
Section 5
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
5.1 General Obligations
By using the 5gbd platform, you agree to at all times: (a) comply with these Terms and any additional rules published on the platform; (b) provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when requested; (c) use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only; (d) act in good faith toward 5gbd and other users of the platform.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5gbd platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person or entity;

5.4 Responsible Use

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in these games remain with their respective owners. 6.3 Limited Licence to Use

Section 7
Limitation of Liability
7.1 Service Availability
5gbd endeavours to provide uninterrupted access to its Services but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. 5gbd accepts no liability for losses arising from periods of platform unavailability, game interruptions, or delayed processing of bets or transactions caused by factors outside its direct control.
7.2 Betting Errors and Voids
In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error — including an obviously incorrect price, a system error, or data feed malfunction — 5gbd reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. "Manifest error" means an error that a reasonable, experienced player would have recognised as an error at the time the bet was placed. Winnings generated from manifest errors will be voided regardless of whether they have been credited to the player's account.
7.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5gbd excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if 5gbd has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
7.4 Cap on Direct Liability
Where 5gbd is found liable for direct losses suffered by a player as a result of a proven breach of these Terms, 5gbd's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of the player's net deposits in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by 5gbd's negligence or fraud.
7.5 Third-Party Services
The 5gbd platform integrates with third-party payment providers, game content providers, and data feed services. 5gbd makes no representations or warranties regarding the performance, accuracy, or availability of these third-party services and accepts no liability for any losses arising from their failure, delay, or inaccuracy.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or a transaction has been processed in error, you must submit a formal dispute to [email protected] within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. 5gbd's decision on all disputes is final, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your 5gbd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a verified closure request, 5gbd will process the closure within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification and provided that no outstanding disputes, chargebacks, or investigations are pending. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
8.2 Closure for Responsible Gaming

8.4 Balance on Suspension
Where an account is suspended or closed by 5gbd due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any real-money balance, pending withdrawals, bonus funds, and accumulated winnings may be withheld pending investigation. If an investigation confirms a material breach, 5gbd reserves the right to forfeit the balance in full. Where no breach is confirmed following investigation, any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
8.5 Reactivation
Accounts closed voluntarily by a player (for reasons other than responsible gaming self-exclusion) may be eligible for reactivation upon request, subject to identity verification and 5gbd's approval at its sole discretion. Accounts permanently closed due to Terms breaches or fraud are not eligible for reactivation under any circumstances.
